Jeff demonstrated his potential then by catching the largest permit in the Key West S.L.A.M. But that didn't compare to what the 22-year-old angler accomplished Sunday. Just months away from a U.S. Coast Guard commitment, Jeff Howell won the the Grand Champion Angler title in the ESPN Saltwater Series Redbone Celebrity Tournament here with 1,675 points.
