DETROIT -- Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker Mike Peterson, sent home earlier in the week from practices, did not dress for Sunday's game at Detroit. He will also be fined $10,000 for what the Jaguars are calling "insubordination" this week, ESPN senior NFL analyst Chris Mortensen is reporting.
