Player Rater: CP3 on top, may stay there

Let's start with the obvious. Players rise and fall on the Player Rater quite a bit, especially in the early weeks of the season. That's because the difference in the number of games played thanks to scheduling is still significant enough to skew the numbers. (Remember, the Player Rater uses totals, not averages.)
