Making Waves, Making Sense

Yesterday, I got the new issue of Making Waves, the Surfrider Foundation's award-winning, bi-monthly publication, (soy-based inks on recycled paper) Volume 24, Number 5. First off, if you're not at least a member of Surfrider, you should only be allowed to surf San Diego breaks, on days after big rainstorms.
