Answer Guys: Jeff Garcia is a strong fantasy option

My usual starting quarterback, Jay Cutler, is on a bye this week and I need a replacement for him. My options to pick up from free agency are Marc Bulger, Derek Anderson or Jeff Garcia. I am leaning towards Garcia with the Cowboys missing three defensive backs, but I'm concerned that Garcia is the least talented of the bunch. Who would you pick up to fill in for Cutler? S.
