Below is Scouts Inc.'s ranking of the top five undersized wide receiver prospects in college football, including the round in which each player is expected to come off the board. Those who are underclassmen do not have official height and weight measurements at this point, but we would be very surprised if any of them came in even a shade over six feet. 1.
