Tuesday, October 21, 2008 BASEL, Switzerland -- Roger Federer capitalized on his strong serve Tuesday to beat 86th-ranked Bobby Reynolds of the United States 6-3, 6-7 (6), 6-3 in the first round of the Swiss Indoors.
