ESPN.com Monday, October 20, 2008 Conference Races The first BCS standings were released Sunday and, as expected, Texas, Alabama and Penn State grabbed the top three spots. But if two of those three teams are going to reach the Jan. 8 BCS Championship Game in Miami, they'll first have to win conference titles.
