Saturday, October 11, 2008 CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -- North Carolina receiver Brandon Tate suffered a significant knee injury with ligament damage in Saturday's win over Notre Dame, a school source told ESPN's Joe Schad. Coach Butch Davis said Tate was scheduled to undergo an MRI on Sunday evening. Results are not expected to be announced until Monday.
