Dementieva fights past mistakes, advances to Kremlin semifinal

MOSCOW -- Top-ranked Jelena Jankovic defeated Flavia Pennetta 7-6 (6), 6-3 Friday to advance to the semifinals of the Kremlin Cup. "It was a tough match for me today and I didn't play the way I wanted to," Jankovic said. "I felt a bit tired and was struggling."
