Monfils wins; Kohlschreiber advances as del Potro retires

VIENNA, Austria -- Philipp Kohlschreiber, Feliciano Lopez, Gael Monfils and Jurgen Melzer completed the quarterfinal lineup of the BA Tennis Trophy on Thursday. Kohlschreiber advanced when third-seeded Juan Martin del Potro pulled out because of inflammation in his right toe. Kohlschreiber will meet fifth-seeded Fernando Verdasco on Friday.
