Before we go any further, let's establish something right off the top—Helio Castroneves is innocent until he is proven guilty. Last Friday he was indicted on charges of tax evasion, claims which he vehemently denied. It'll likely be a year before we know if the Indy 500 and Dancing With The Stars champ is going to jail or not, but the whole sorry mess got us to thinking… Motorsports has long been the home for more than its fair share of shady characters and convicts over the year ...
