12:22 a.m. ET This game is nearing its fifth hour, and one look around Fenway's "upper deck" reveals there are more than a few empty red seats. The Red Sox announced a post-World War II record sellout crowd of 39,067 for Sunday night's game, but some fans have chosen to leave. Perhaps it's because it's a Sunday night and, well, actually it's now early Monday morning, and they have either work to attend or kids to send off to school.
