Force fastest in Funny Cars; Bernstein, Johnson, Rivas top their divisions

MILLINGTON, Tenn. -- Ashley Force raced to the provisional No. 1 Funny Car qualifying spot Friday in the O'Reilly NHRA Mid-South Nationals, while Brandon Bernstein, Allen Johnson and Chris Rivas also topped their divisions. The event at Memphis Motorsports Park is the third of six events in the NHRA Countdown to 1 playoffs.
