The New York Surf Film Fest starts tomorrow, and the line-up is looking to be ultra-dope. These gatherings and screenings have really grown over the past few years in the surf world, and Tribeca is a mecca of film fests. But this is the first Surf Film Fest ever in the borough of Manhattan, and its coming on harder than a Big Daddy Kane on a Public Enemy track.
