Saturday, September 20, 2008 BIRMINGHAM -- Joseph Webb threw for 223 yards, ran for 121 yards and accounted for three touchdowns to lead UAB to a 45-10 win over Alabama State on Saturday. The Blazers (1-3), who broke a nine-game losing streak, jumped out to a 28-7 halftime lead. It was the first meeting between the schools in 13 years.
