Scott's homer backs Waters' four-hit shutout as O's top Jays

TORONTO -- Chris Waters pitched eight shutout innings in his major league debut last month. On Tuesday night, the left-hander went one better. Waters threw a four-hit shutout and Luke Scott homered to lead the Baltimore Orioles to a 2-0 victory over the Toronto Blue Jays.
