Saturday, September 13, 2008 DAYTON, Ohio -- Scott Vossler blocked a punt and returned it 35 yards for a touchdown and blocked a point-after kick that Joe Castaneda brought back for two more points to lead Dayton past Fordham 23-20 on Saturday. With Dayton (2-0) leading 14-7, Vossler blocked Clayton Busch's punt and picked up the loose ball and ran it in for the touchdown with 43 seconds left in the half.
