While a number of programs from BCS conferences seem unwilling to pick on someone their own size, others are indeed willing to schedule stiff competition year in and year out. These are the schools that are willing to go toe-to-toe with programs of equal stature on a regular basis. They're willing to take risks as well as reap rewards.
