Saturday, August 30, 2008 SAN DIEGO (AP) -- Andrew Gardner's 21-yard field goal as time expired lifted Cal Poly San Luis Obispo to a 29-27 victory over San Diego State Saturday night. Gardner also booted a 23-yard field goal on the first play of the fourth quarter but missed a 40-yard field goal attempt midway through the final. Cal Poly was in control most of the night, building leads of 9-0, 16-7 and 23-14 leads thanks largely to quarterback Jonathan Dally, James Noble and Ryan Mole. Dally completed 12 of 20 passes ...
