Is there any point in starting opposing hitters against Jake Peavy when he is at home? Even though he is only 5-4 at home, check out these numbers for Peavy in Petco Park: 1.54 ERA, .192 opponents' average, two home runs allowed and a 0.91 WHIP. The Rockies have scored just five runs in San Diego covering 28 innings over this season and last and haven't homered against him in Petco since April 9, 2006.
