Friday, August 22, 2008 A woman from Ohio recently completed a 325-mile swim of the of the Allegheny River. She swam an average of 6-8 hours per day and plans on rowing solo across the Atlantic Ocean in the future. Wow. If we make it to the gym twice a week, we consider it an accomplishment.
