Arizona Offensive tackle: Arizona bolstered its depth here by signing Phillip Garcia from Cerritos Junior College (Calif.) and also infused some youth when it signed Trace Biskin from Oaks Christian High School (Calif.), but it is critical the Wildcats continue to get younger here.
