BEIJING -- Katie Hoff needs a new plan. No more Phelpsing it. Four years younger than the greatest swimmer of all, Michael Phelps, she's spent much of her life following in his giant footsteps. Both are from the Baltimore area and trained with the North Baltimore Aquatic Club. Both were prodigies, setting national age-group records as youngsters.
