Who's got game? Each month, ESPN Rise finds out. Here are two athletes who we recognized from Oregon in September: ELLIOT JANTZER PHOENIX -- BOYS' CROSS COUNTRY This is the year that Jantzer firmly establishes himself as the best boys' cross country runner in the state. Maybe that's not such a bold prediction, though, since he was pretty close to that designation last year. As a junior in 2007, Jantzer won the Class 4A state meet with a time of 15:35 and qualified for the Foot Locker West Regio ...
