QINGDAO, China -- No racing was possible at the Olympic regatta on Thursday due to lack of wind, handing organizers a large backlog. Racing had been scheduled to start at 1 p.m. (1 a.m. ET) in the 49er, 470, Laser, Laser Radial, windsurfing, Finn and Yngling classes. Four races were lost on Wednesday and 15 on Thursday.
