Astros' big sixth beats Giants for seventh straight win

HOUSTON (AP) -- Manager Cecil Cooper called it opportunistic and pitcher Randy Wolf called it strange. But catcher Humberto Quintero probably best summed up the Astros' wild six-run sixth inning that resulted in a 6-2 win over the San Francisco Giants: crazy. San Francisco pitchers tied a major league record by hitting three batters in the inning, and also issued four walks.
