DETROIT (AP) -- The Tigers' Justin Verlander is mired in the worst four-game stretch of his career, a career which began with a string of feats no pitcher had accomplished in baseball history. The Toronto Blue Jays chased Verlander early and went on to beat Detroit 7-2 on Monday night. Verlander (8-13) lasted just 4 1/3 innings, giving up six runs and seven hits.
