STAFFORD, Conn.—Connecticut police are investigating the death of a motocross rider who crashed during practice at a racetrack. Anthony Hart, 21, of Henderson, Nev., brother of Carey Hart, the motocross and reality television star formerly married to pop star Pink, was critically injured Saturday when he lost control of his motorcycle and hit an outer track barricade at Stafford Motor Speedway, police said.
