Force's run tops field at Lucas Oil Nationals qualifying

BRAINERD, Minn. -- Ashley Force topped the Funny Car field Friday in the Lucas Oil NHRA Nationals with a run of 4.110 seconds at 299.40 mph. Force is chasing her second straight No. 1 qualifying position of the season and working to improve her points position in the Countdown to the Championship with only three races remaining in the regular season.
