Agent: Garcia hopes to make team choice by end of weekend

A day after auditioning for about 15 major league clubs in Florida, pitcher Freddy Garcia hopes to make a decision "quickly" on where he will be pitching for the rest of this season, his agent said Wednesday. Agent Peter Greenberg told ESPN.com that Garcia would prefer to sign a contract for the rest of 2008, show that he's fully recovered from shoulder surgery, then go on the open market as a free agent in November.
