Schuettler appeals to CAS for spot in Olympic tennis tournament

BEIJING -- German tennis player Rainer Schuettler sent an application to the Court of Arbitration for Sport on Sunday, asking world sport's highest authority to give him a spot at the Beijing Olympics.
