Alabama State will not contest alleged NCAA allegations

MONTGOMERY, Ala. -- Alabama State chose not to contest any of the 23 alleged NCAA rules violations in the university's official response to the charges. On Wednesday, interim university president William Harris released the document that was submitted to the NCAA on June 27. Harris cited privacy laws that protect students as the reason for the delay in making the response public.
