Special to ESPN.com Thursday, July 24, 2008 The Toronto Blue Jays have boasted one of baseball's top pitching staffs this season, but rotation troubles are beginning to mount. Shaun Marcum was having a career year until he hit the disabled list in late June. Dustin McGowan was in the middle of a nice follow-up to his breakout 2007 season until he joined Marcum on the shelf with shoulder soreness earlier this month.
