ESPN.com Friday, July 11, 2008 The Redskins broke what could be a logjam of potential unsigned second-round picks by signing wide receiver Malcolm Kelly to a four-year, $3.36 million deal. Included in the deal is $1.655 million of guarantees. Kelly, the 51st selection in the draft, becomes the second second-rounder to reach an agreement.
