ESPN.com It was good while it lasted. The Tampa Bay Rays held the No. 1 spot in the MLB Power Rankings for the first time in MLB Power Rankings history. It was theirs to celebrate and to savor. But it's not theirs anymore. As losers of four straight games, the Rays have been forced to relinquish the Power Rankings crown to the formerly No. 2 Chicago White Sox.
