Webb wins majors-leading 13th as Diamondbacks blank Nationals

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Brandon Webb liked the result. He wasn't happy with how he achieved it. Webb gave up six hits in six innings to earn his major league-leading 13th win in the Arizona Diamondbacks' 2-0 victory over the Washington Nationals on Tuesday night.
