Soul score on final play to edge Dragons, move on in playoffs

PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- Matt D'Orazio threw a 28-yard touchdown pass to Larry Brackins on the final play of the game to give the Philadelphia Soul a 49-48 victory over the New York Dragons in the Arena Football League playoffs Saturday night. With 7 seconds left, the Soul trailed 48-43. D'Orazio dropped back and connected with Brackins on a crossing pattern.
