Pirates closer Matt Capps has been shelved with bursitis in his shoulder, and the initial estimate is that the 24-year-old will miss two months. Capps has never posted the strikeout totals of a standard closer, but his incredible control (33 walks in 204 career innings) has made him one of the most reliable stoppers in the game.
