Thursday, July 3, 2008 Baseball's annual coaching carousel got a jumpstart two weeks ago when the Pink Slip Reaper made coast-to-coast visits to New York's Willie Randolph and Seattle's John McLaren before easily walking through America's unguarded border (right, Lou Dobbs?) and paying Toronto's John Gibbons a visit.
