Collins wins third Inshore World Championship

ISLAMORADA, Fla. — Fresh from a team win in the IGFA Offshore World Championship in Mexico, Robert Collins won the IGFA Inshore World Championship while defending his Grand Champion title, accumulating the most points for five targeted species.
