BETHESDA, Md. -- As I write this, it's Tuesday morning and I've just finished a quick tour around Congressional Country Club in advance of this week's AT&T National. The course looks at once both immaculate and brutal (as usual), and so far the weather is perfect, featuring bright, sunny skies filled with golf ball-colored puffy clouds.
