UNIONDALE, N.Y. (AP) -- Matt D'Orazio threw three touchdown passes and the Philadelphia Soul closed their best-ever regular season and earned a first-round bye in the playoffs with a 59-30 victory over the New York Dragons on Sunday. D'Orazio was 21-of-28 for 167 yards, and Glen Gauntt and Chris Jackson also threw scoring passes for the Eastern Division champion Soul (13-3).
