ESPN.com Sunday, June 15, 2008 The deadline for underclassmen to withdraw from the NBA draft is Monday at 5 p.m. ET. A total of 91 players have declared for the draft, but typically at least a third of that group will decide to return to school or to their international teams. A number of top prospects have already hired an agent, ending their college eligibility, while others are in the process of hiring an agent.
