U.S. Open field: From 1 to 156

SAN DIEGO -- You don't have to look it up. I'll save you the trouble. In my annual pre-tournament ranking of the entire 156-man field prior to last year's U.S. Open, I had eventual champion Angel Cabrera at No. 76, giving 75 others false hope and perhaps (though probably not) providing a little inspiration to the big-hitting Argentinean.
