Without the controversy that led to his departure from Philadelphia, Terrell Owens quietly received a new contract with the Dallas Cowboys on Monday, team sources told ESPN's Michael Smith. The Cowboys will hold a news conference at 5 p.m. ET Tuesday at Texas Stadium to discuss the deal.
