ESPN.com Wednesday, May 21, 2008 The BCS has taken fire from all corners of the country during the past 10 years, but in South Bend, Ind., they've kept their weapons holstered. Notre Dame has had little, if anything to gripe about regarding its position with the BCS. Though the Fighting Irish have fallen behind several of their major-conference counterparts on the field, they remain an equal in the BCS boardroom.
