It's not a basketball game, nor is it a drift event. It is the heat wave that Portland is experiencing, but despite temps up into the 90's, Portland showed up for a night of racing at PIR. Organizers set up four stages within the Portland International Raceway grounds utilizing tarmac on the track, dirt service roads, a few turns in the grass, and a quick but sadly jump-less trip through the moto track.
