ESPN.com Monday, May 12, 2008 The NBA wanted at least a one-year buffer between high school and college. The NCAA had no choice but to go along with it. But, two years into the new draft rule that says a player must be 19 years old and at least one year out of high school, faculty academic representatives say they're frustrated with overseeing the student side of the one-and-done athlete.
