Jags add veteran safety Prioleau to secondary

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Jaguars signed free agent safety Pierson Prioleau on Wednesday and waived quarterback Lester Ricard. Prioleau, entering his 10th season, spent the last three years with the Washington Redskins. He played 15 games in 2007, starting four and finishing with 38 tackles.
